More Than a Mission Trip—An Experience That Changes Lives
Spend ten unforgettable days immersed in the culture, people, and communities of Antigua, Guatemala. Volunteers serve alongside local families, help build homes, support community programs, and experience the beauty of Guatemala through meaningful cultural activities and adventures.
Every day combines purposeful service, authentic relationships, and opportunities to explore one of Central America's most beautiful countries.
What You'll Experience
-

Live with a Guatemalan Host Family
Rather than staying in a hotel, volunteers are welcomed into carefully selected host homes throughout Antigua. Sharing meals and daily life with local families creates genuine cultural connections and lasting friendships.
-

Become Part of the Community
Your experience begins with an orientation and guided tours of the Dreamer Center, Casa Jackson, the Scheel Center, and surrounding villages. You'll gain a deeper understanding of the challenges local families face and the incredible work being done to support children and communities.
-

Build Homes That Change Lives
The heart of the experience is serving on a home construction project.
Over three days, volunteers work together alongside local builders and families to help construct safe, secure homes. No previous construction experience is necessary—just a willingness to serve.
“The experience made me become even more independent and responsible than I’ve been in the past. I also became a more humble person because of the trip.”
